Très belle location avec un super emplacement
La propreté et la modernité de l'appartement. On s'y sent vraiment bien. La vue sur la mer est vraiment un plus, surtout avec le couché du soleil. L'emplacement, à quelques mètres de la mer et à quelques minutes en voiture de tous les magasins utiles est idéal. L'endroit est sécurisant puisqu'il y a une barrière avec télécommande pour y accéder et très nombreuses places pour se garer.
L'odeur du local à poubelle dans le hall d'entrée était assez forte mais nous étions au 4eme étage donc ce n'était pas vraiment un problème.

L’accueil de Louis Paul au top avec des conseils précieux. Et gentillesse ;) Très bien situé et belle vue du balcon !

PARFAIT
Le logement était parfait!!! Idéalement placé, propre,l'équipement est satisfaisant et le petit plus est le balcon qui nous permet de profiter de la mer à 100%. On peut la voir et l'entendre!!! MERVEILLEUX!!
