The views were amazing. The cottage was clean and well equipped. Phil was very helpful. Sitting up in the terraced decking at dusk was tranquil. So too was the sun rise on the front terrace.
Parking was limited due to the very narrow road and to the very popular pub a few doors down. Though it did get a little better mid week.

Location and rear garden aspect

Proximity to river Fal and public house ‘The Heron’.
Parking was tricky and we had to park 400 yards away from the property on Saturday night.
Also, because of extremely ‘tight’ street parking, we appear to have experienced some minor damage to the rear bumper of our car while it was parked in the street opposite the property.
The house was quite small and the staircase extremely noisy and creaky.

The patio at the rear has a great view of the estuary. The place is sooo quiet and relaxing.
