Rooms were clean, fresh, well appointed. Hotel had a dining (BYO food) space which was great.

The room was a decent size. Pretty close to Nagoya station and many conbini's nearby. Also, it's not listed on the facilities; there is a coin laundry.
No tea/coffee. They also can't forward your luggage, but you can do that at the station.

Smelly carpet in the room. Even turning on the air purifier all night did not get it better. Japanese reception staff did not speak in English. Dryer is awful. Take over 1hr at least to get complete dried clothes.
