A large private family Villa with swimming pool and garden.
Located 15' from Athens international airport on a main road, 1.4 km from the beaches and 2.2 km from Lagonisi Grand Resort & Spa and close to the main highways for Athens and archeological sites.
The 1500 square meters premises also offers a garage, chapel, pool changing rooms, barbeque area, tree house, a children's playground and a number of amenities such as a piano and wireless internet access for free.
The house is in a nice neighborhood with shopping facilities in walking distance, it is also quiet and isolated. It can accommodate up to 8 guests (can accommodate more if requested), has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1 WC, office, dinning room, etc. and it is fully air conditioned.
Athens is 40' by car, beaches are 30' on foot and 2' by car. It is located 25 km away from cape Sounio. Cape Sounion is noted as the site of ruins of an ancient Greek temple of Poseidon, the god of the sea in classical mythology. The remains are perched on the headland, surrounded on three sides by the sea. The site is a popular day-excursion for tourists from Athens, with sunset over the Aegean Sea, as viewed from the ruins, a sought-after spectacle.
Lagonisi is regarded as one of the most fashionable and luxurious sea areas, thus the Lagonissi Resort and Spa is located there. All the surrounding seaside areas are of the same quality (Galazia Akti, Saronida, Varkiza, Agia Marina).The village of Kalyvia is famous for serving the best meat in Greece and is daily full of people trying to get a table. Everything one might need (sea sports, shops, supermarkets, a medical center, cinemas, coffee shops, night clubs) are within quick reach by car or foot.

We had an excellent stay at the villa. The property and the house was absolutely beautiful! The property managers Foti and his son Eugenios were very helpful and were prompt to answer questions. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your exquisite house and for making our stay very memorable!

Villa Emily is a great place for a family holiday.
The villa is quiet and spacious and has everything that a family needs.
The outdoor space includes several lovely balconies and a super grassed play area and a BBQ area.
The pool is a good size .
There were 8 in our family and we had a great time.

The description and photos don't do Villa Emily justice. The plot it sits on is absolutely huge with so much to explore and enjoy. The house is beautifully appointed, so comfortable and there's no end of spaces to roam or sit in. We were there for a week and made it our mission to sit in every dining space we could - it took some time!
THe pool is brilliant, really deep at the deep end and shallow enough for our 5 yo non-swimmer at the shallow end. Pool changing rooms helped keep we feet out the house. The kids spent the majority of their time in this area so the loungers, table and chairs helped the adults supervise.
The play area and gardens are beautifully kept with lots to look at and enjoy. The outside kitchen/BBQ area was great - nice and shady for doing the evening cooking away from the hot sun.
The house itself was just great - clearly a well-loved family holiday home. The upstairs is split into 2 suites of adjoining rooms with a bathroom in between, which was perfect for our 2 families. The upstairs terrace was the perfect spot for sunset cocktails.
The supermarket is right next door which was so helpful for keeping everyone fed and watered. There were a few more shops within walking distance on the same main road but the seafront was too far to walk in the heat so we had to get taxis up and down. In fact, it's better to have a car as we were quite limited in where we could get to and because it's not a very touristy area, there often weren't enough taxis (we needed 3 for our group of 9).
Loved our visit here. The hosts and caretakers were so kind and helpful, and the house and pool were a hit with everyone.
