Introduction
Stefanos Villa is a luxurious villa near Athens, ideal for a vacation near the sea, built in accordance with minimal architecture lines and state-of-the-art equipment. Situated in Lagonissi, a coastal Athenian suburb, Stefanos Villa is quiet during the winter but bustling in the summertime. Only a few metres away from the beach of Galazia Akti and conveniently located just 15? from the famous market of Glyfada, it is ideally designed for those who seek luxury, relaxation and tranquillity.
Description
The interior conveys calm and purity, combining white, grey and wooden surfaces accentuated by bright-coloured furnishing that give an elegant earthy tone and create an ambiance of contemporary comfort. All spaces are pleasantly decorated with avant-garde embellishments creating a delightful soothing-to-the-eye ambiance. All bedrooms have blinds that stop the light filtering through providing a great nights sleep, and most bedrooms have access to a balcony with an astonishing view.
The Villas elevated positioning provides breath-taking views from most parts of the house, particularly from the roof garden. Stefanos Villa provides every modern comfort so that its guests can fully enjoy every moment of their getaway.
On the outside, the residence features an infinity swimming pool, perfect for a soothing dive while gazing at the Saronic Gulf. Relaxing sunbeds are provided to make the utmost of that experience. The garden additionally features an external dining area, with a dining table, ideal for relaxation, a casual gathering or a special private dinner.

Ground Floor
The ground floor has wide spaces and a separate entrance for those who want extra privacy. It features a small seating area with a 60" smart TV, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen, a sauna, a laundry room, and two comfortable sofa beds. The private garage is also located on this floor.
First Floor
The first floor features a living room with a comfortable couch, a 60" Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 8 people, and a fireplace for a romantic touch for those who want to visit us during winter.
Second Floor
The second floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both share spectacular views even from the bed area.
Roof garden
This part of the Villa features stunning panoramic vistas of the Saronic Gulf, Aegina Island and other islets sprinkled across the horizon, forming a spectacular setting for the most photogenic sunsets. Find your favourite cocooning spot on a lush lounge or a built-in bench with cushions, and share memorable moments with your loved ones.

This is a modern high tech villa where the orientation of each floor is designed to capture the beautiful views out over the Saronic Gulf. A lift connects the floors except for 17 steps to the top terrace which we saved each day for late afternoon to sunset. Stairs also connect each floor but there is no handrail. The pool is lovely but quite deep so for swimmers only. The side terrace is larger than it appears in the photos and is usefully connected to the kitchen. Take care not to lock yourself out as the front door only opens with a key! Everything was comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Susan & Keith Cowell

Property is clean and smartly furnished with all necessary facilities with good communal areas internally, outside around pool and on the roof. Great views of coast. About 15 minute walk to nice beach; hill climb to get back to property. Great bakery by main road on walk to beach. Good location for travellng in and out of Athens (abot 1hr) and to Sounion (temple of Poseidon in south). Would highly recommend

Wonderful location and the villa is beautiful and well appointed. Alexandra greeted us and helped us with details throughout our stay. It was wonderful to have a car as part of the rental and when we didn’t want to drive Styvos was wonderful. Beautiful location.

The location of Stefano’s Villa was ideal to airport, the sea, good dining and shopping. The pool was wonderful and the views breathtaking.
While the unit was nicely appointed, it lacked a crisp, cleanliness. Corners and drawers were not fresh. The third bedroom (on the ground level) was dark and well described. A 2nd bath or half bath on the 2nd floor for the 2nd bedroom would have been helpful.
Navigating the stairwells without railing was treacherous( although the elevator helped). A bit disappointing and tied but suitable for our trip.
