The L-shape kitchen with center island features stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and dedicated overhead lighting for the island. Nice condo, very large we had a group of 9, six adults and three kids. We all fit around the dining room table. I have stayed in VRBO’s all over the US and Europe and this is one of the most well stocked kitchen I have encountered. Plenty of dishes and utensil's. Knife’s were even sharp, that rarely happens. I would highly recommend this property. And the location was a plus as well. Everything you need is within the distance of the golf cart.

A 4 BR, 4 BA, 2,400 sq. ft. condo in an excellent location and comes with 2 golf carts, a 4 seat cart and a 6 seat cart. The condo is in excellent shape after being upgraded a year or so ago. The furnishing are 5 Star and you will find everything you can think of in the kitchen. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and a short golf cart ride to Baytown Village, all the stores and restaurants in Sandestin, etc. We owned a home in Sandestin for 6 years and have have stayed in numerous condos in Sandestin since we sold our vacation home in 2015, 5291 Tivoli Drive, has to be the best location and value for a large condo in Sandestin!

Great space for two families. Kitchen was very detailed with everything we needed. The host was quick with responses when we had to reach out. Upstairs can get a little hot but has a fan

Check in code didn't work, had to call property manager to get in. LR TV wasn't working, replaced on our 3rd. day of vacation. Ice Maker wasn't working properly...we were forced to buy 4 bags of ice to accommodate 8 people. Other than that, the property was beautiful and met our needs. We did not know that there were additional stairs once in the front door...….that was discouraging for me and my husband who has a bad back. We will not be re-booking in Tivoli.
