The kitchen is the centerpiece of the open floor plan - you'll love being able to prepare meals for the family while staying connected to the conversations and the vacation! The L-shape kitchen with center island features stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and dedicated overhead lighting for the island. You'll find everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for your entire family!
The dining area is conveniently located, with easy service from the kitchen area, and offers natural views through the patio windows on two sides. With plenty of room for your family gathering, you'll no doubt share memories and laughter around the dining table together.
Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee, or sipping an evening cocktail, the wrap-around screened-in porch is the place to be! From the beautiful second-floor location, you'll love the warm breezes blowing up from the Gulf of Mexico. It's the perfect place for reading, relaxing, conversation, or just gazing through the shade-trees to watch the golfers work their way down the fairway, which runs directly in front of the building.
The Master Bedroom (King Bed) overlooks the golf course fairway, and features an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. You'll also enjoy direct access to the balcony!

*Please Note: RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

This place was perfecto.. There was 11 of us so it fit perfect beach and weather were beautiful, the two golf carts were handy to have also, easy beach access. Me and my family are very happy with this location it was very clean. The only thing is the grill is very small but we managed, other than that I would recommend it to anyone that has a big family like my self, Thank you Kim & Andy for your quick responses when I had questions

The owner was very nice and got back with us promptly. There was a lot of dust and the floors weren’t very clean. We saw several cochroaches and had to buy traps and roach killer. The owner never tried to reimburse us for this. She did say they would come and treat while we were there ASAP but we didn’t want to fiddle with that. We felt we had it fairly under control and saw many dead in the morning. Love the location but the condo really needs updating and needs to be cleaner. We realize that roaches are pretty prevalent in Florida, but of all the places we have rented near by this rental; this is the first time we saw any!
On a plus side, the beds were clean and were very comfortable.
