De gemeenschappelijke hal mag beter onderhouden worden. In de keuken ontbrak enig noodzakelijk materiaal zoals keukenmesje en braadpan.

Location is top, especially with kids
Some basic things like enough toilet paper, hand soap, and detergent for the washing machine would be highly appreciated. They don't cost much, but they make a big difference for your guests. Also, it's not a good sign to have guests make their own beds. The beds should be prepared with pillowcases, sheets, and blankets before guests arrive.

The location was excellent — very convenient with restaurants, shops, and the old town just steps away. Everything we needed was close by, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the response from the property manager was completely indifferent. Our shower was not working properly — the water wouldn’t drain and would overflow into the hallway. We had to clean the floors every time just to be able to use the bathroom. I sent messages, emails, and even left a note through Booking.com, but no one responded or came to fix the issue during our entire six-day stay.
