Old Town Market Place Apartment by BookingHost

It is a very cute and comfortable apartment and we loved the location despite sometimes there being a lot of noise coming from the Bar across the street.

It seemed that I only recieved partial check in info and didn't know this until we found the apartment location. It seemed that i never saw the actual apartment number, nor the code for the front door to get in to access the lock box (which i had code for) So nothing made sense until i called about not getting in. When I called it just started pouring rain so we were scrambling for access. One other thing was, I had inquired about access early and was told to check back on the day of arrival. Our train arrived at 11:30 and check in was 16:00- my fault for not scheduling one or the other better (it was also the latest check in time of 14 stays that we booked on our whole trip... really 16:00?) We were looking to be able to get to town and drop our luggage. On check in day I inquired and was told they were getting confirmation from guest services.... put off, put off, put off until ultimately it was the normal check in time. As i said, it was my bad on either not sceduling our train or lodging better. Ultimately we loved the apartment. I did let them know about a water leak via the app and they were appreciative but then they couldnt pass up on taking the opportunity to let me know when check out was. I think guest services need to step up to match the locations charm

L’appartement était très bien placé dans la ville. Très propre et agréable. Des restaurants juste à côté et proches de la vieille ville. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

La ubicación es inmejorable. El apartamento es muy agradable y tiene todo lo necesario para unos días de visita. Pudimos llegar muy tarde por la noche (se nos retrasó mucho el vuelo) y hacer sin problemas el checkin recogiendo las llaves con el sistema que tienen con los códigos y la cajita.

La única pega es que las camas dobles son un poco estrechas. Teníamos que ser 5 inicialmente y luego fuimos 4, pero creemos que si no eres pareja, las camas dobles son un poco estrechas para estar cómodos. Imaginábamos tal vez que todo era mas ancho o que había una habitación mas.(tiene una habitación doble y la sala de estar donde esta el sofá y otra cama doble desplegable.) Para 5 seria justo el espacio de camas porque para 4 ya nos pareció un poco justo (solo el tamaño de las camas)

The location was excellent — very convenient with restaurants, shops, and the old town just steps away. Everything we needed was close by, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the response from the property manager was completely indifferent. Our shower was not working properly — the water wouldn’t drain and would overflow into the hallway. We had to clean the floors every time just to be able to use the bathroom. I sent messages, emails, and even left a note through Booking.com, but no one responded or came to fix the issue during our entire six-day stay.
