The main living area has an open floor plan w/ a full eat in kitchen, a breakfast bar which accommodates casual seating for 4 and a dining area that features a large family table that can seat 10 comfortably. The living room has a large 65 inch smart TV and a walk out covered porch and a half bath. In the kitchen you'll enjoy the full morning sunrise during your coffee and gorgeous sunsets over the Pond in the evening!
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each w/ its own beautiful view and blacked out curtains perfect for a good night sleep. The master bedroom w/ its own private bath, queen bed, TV and private covered porch overlooking Meadow Pond.
The 2 front bedrooms both have sparkling views of the ocean, 1 queen bed and the other with 2 single bunk beds w/ trundle (which sleeps 3). Both rooms share a large family bathroom w/ bath tub & shower combo.
There's a spiral staircase that takes you up to the sky room which has the most spectacular views of the ocean and Meadow Pond anytime during the day! It has a queen bed w/storage and a separate entertainment/sitting area. A great hang out spot for the kids and adults-early morning coffee perhaps?
Just pack your suitcase and everything else will be here waiting for you! A fully supplied kitchen; cooking utensils, glass & flat ware, blender, coffee pot, toaster & crock pot. Also included an extensive cable package, fast WI-FI, all bed linens, blacked out curtains, bath & beach towels & blankets, full size washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, boogie boards, an assortment of beach toys, beach chairs and coolers, outdoor gas grill & outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off....Unlike many properties we provide everything you need for your vacation stay at the beach!
*But the best part is that the beach is only a short walk away for you and your family to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Why stay down at the busy end of Hampton beach when you can have the quiet of North Beach….?
Area Activities include: Swimming, surfing, kayaking, boating, fishing, whale watching, cruises from the nearby Rye Harbor. We are within a few miles from Water Country and Odiorne State Park/Science Center. Enjoy local seafood restaurants just a short distance in either direction (North or South).Enjoy the beautiful sea coast drive up 1A, the historic mansions on one side and the magnificent Atlantic Ocean views on the other side.
