This cottage located on a Salt Pond was lovely, well equipped, great location near the beach, and a short walk to the town of Falmouth. Everything they advertised and more. The backyard, patio, and firepit were all the entertainment we needed to have a memorable holiday.

We had an amazing week, beautiful property and views, and perfect location! We walked to the beach almost every morning, very easy with beach chairs and wagon provided for kids & gear shuttling. Then back to the house for lunch/nap, and spent most afternoons relaxing and playing in the yard. We lucked out with ideal weather and sunsets over salt pond every night. Easy trips to downtown and nearby restaurants (long walk or short drive). The house was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay for a young family. Wish we were still there!

Absolutely wonderfully charming home with many thoughtful inclusions. The outdoor space is perfect; we enjoyed it every day for relaxing and dinners under the lights. Easy access to beach and bike trail; location is 10/10!

We loved staying at this house, it was our perfect home away from home. We stayed here with our adult children and everyone enjoyed the great location as we were able to walk and bike to beaches, shops, restaurants, and the ferry to MV. The Salt Pond access is right across the street so using the kayak and SUP was very easy. The house is clean, comfortable, well maintained, and attractively decorated. Some of my favorite family memories were sitting outside under the party lights, playing corn hole and croquet in the yard, and board games in the large family room.
The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors that we met were very nice. The host is great.
