A newly renovated one bedroom apartment. The spacious apartment has a cool stylish interior. The very best furniture, linens etc, clean and modern bathroom. This one bedroomed apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, conveniently located on the main artery to Dublin City. The property has good access to transport links and makes the perfect base to explore Dublin and it's environs. With everything at your doorstep, shops, restaurants, pub all within easy reach. Walking distance to Dublin City University. This is a separate unit to the rear of our property.

We had a great 4 nights at Carol's unit. It was a comfortable place and very handy to regular buses into the city centre (only about 100 metres away) which was perfect for seeing all the important galleries, museums and significant sites. Carol was a great host providing excellent info re getting around and making us feel welcome. She even drove us to the airport which was very kind. Would highly recommend the accomodation

Loved our stay here, would definitely stay again! It was nice, clean and quiet. Close enough to get to the main areas in the city easily but far enough away that it was peaceful. Beds were comfortable. Host was very sweet and helpful.

Perfect home base for our short stay in Dublin. Very comfortable well equipped apartment and Carol and Colin were great hosts and provided much useful information. Bus stop is steps away as well as a small grocery store and a pub and take away. It’s at a junction of a busy road but you couldn’t hear any traffic noise from the flat. Would recommend to others!

Carol and her husband were absolutely lovely hosts prior to us arriving in Dublin until the moment we left! They gave us plenty of advice on things to do and places to go, as well as how to use the bus system. The property was also lovely and perfect for what our stay entailed. If anyone I know is ever coming to Dublin I will definitely be recommending this property!!

Great host and great accommodations! We loved staying here. It’s a short walk to the bus station and about a 15min ride to the city center. Perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We had 3 days in Dublin and chose this spot as a place to rest and see some of the City. It was a lovely comfortable spot, quiet in a cute backyard (with bee hives!). We were on a bus route, which made traveling downtown easy. There was a love pub half a block away that we enjoyed every night.

We felt right at home in this comfortable 1 bedroom. Easy to get to all busses, and grocery, restaurants etc. were all in walking distance. This cute rental even came with a puppy - Ronnie. Owners were just delightful.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped with quality appliances etc. We enjoyed having plenty of cutlery, crockery etc rather than the bare minimum often supplied. The host had left a supply of basics for us. Communication with the host was excellent. We were advised to use the bus to access the city centre and lent a Leap card to use on the bus. Recommend.

We fully enjoyed our week in this appartment. It was so relaxing to come back from busy and enchanting Dublin to the accomodation which is in easy reach with bus connections from the city center. Superb hosts, very friendly and welcoming!

Owners uber responsive, go above and beyond to assist you in all aspects of orientation to a new place including bus, train, city app maps, restaurant recommendations, tour info and how to get the most bang for your buck in the area. Easy access to the city yet far enough to be a peaceful escape when needed. Nice garden!

We highly recommend Carol and Colin’s place in Dublin. It is modern, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Carol and Colin are great hosts and super responsive. The place is close to a number of bus stops that make it easy to get around the city. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The hosts were easy to communicate with. The property is conveniently very close to main routes to Dublin and the airport but tucked away and private. We came by car and could park very close by. The kitchen is well equipped and we could easily prepare a couple of simple meals. We slept well and enjoyed spending some time sat in the garden for a relaxing drink after a busy day sightseeing. The hosts were very keen to recommend local amenities and attractions: Nearby Howth was a highlight and recommended for a great seafood dinner and relaxing stroll!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Carol is a fabulous host and made us feel so welcomed. The location was perfect for getting around the city as it is right off multiple bus lines. We walked down to the main part of the city without any difficulty (Dublin is definitely walkable). The separate apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is perfect for making meals and is located near shops for easy access when you do not want to eat out. I highly recommend the apartment and Carol!

This is a quiet, comfortable, very clean and brand new apartment. In a 2-mins walk one finds the bus-stops with several buses to go into the city centre and to the airport. Carol and her husband have been extremely kind and attentive hosts, we had everything we needed. Especially nice was to be welcomed with fresh bread and butter, and coffee, as well as their own-produced honey.

Carol was extremely accommodating to our flight schedules, which was incredibly convenient for us. Very welcoming and helpful, even before we got to the property. House is easily accessible to different bus routes across the city, including to/from the airport which is an absolute plus, not to mention cosy and clean. We had a great time and we can recommend the place. It had everything we needed, the hosts are very kind and forthcoming people, the bus connection to the city centre is simple and fast enough (15-20 minutes). There is a nice local pub around the corner, and Tesco and Lidl are close. It's also worth mentioning that everything in the apartment is new and super clean. Definitely come here.

Sehr saubere, kleine Ferienwohnung. Völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist super zentral, nur ca. 100 m von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Busse kommen alle 5-10 min. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Waschmaschine war bei unserem Aufenthalt leider kaputt, aber die Vermieterin bot uns ihre Waschmaschine an 👍. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und das Interieur noch neu. Sowohl der Flughafen als auch die City sind mit dem Bus schnell zu erreichen (Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe). Das Appartment liegt im Garten der Gastgeber und ist durch einen separaten Eingang zugänglich. Carol hat uns an der Straße freundlich empfangen. Schon vor der Reise war die Kommunikation mit ihr sehr gut. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
