The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze.
The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size UK bed and the second with two double UK bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Nice modern apartment suit for 2-4 people. Main bedroom is very small and bed is too big for room. Difficult to get to far side, especially at night. Floor is badly damaged and needs replacement, to avoid potential injury. Floor was also very sticky.Rest of apart is physical OK with everything working although for some reason WifI Internet access stopped working on last day we were there. (May have been external issue).Obtaining key from a Key Access service in a store som 200metres away is awkward at best, especially if you are hauling cases. I arrived at slightly before allowed time (2:30) but was unable to access key in 2:40pm. Both frustrating and unnecessary in my opinion. Clear instructions on accessing the building although I think they could probably be simplified to identify that one key accesses the building and the other two are only used for the room access.Has a workable lift but extremely slow

Good spot. Close to bus stops and park. Grocery store and some restaurants within 15 min walk. The kitchen worked well for the 4 of us (friend group) and had all the necessary tools. Beds smaller than expected but comfortable. Microwave up high for very tall people. Chair came in handy -see pic. Great host!

The listing description was generally accurate, but our overall experience was mixed.The neighborhood was not quite what we expected. While there is a park across the street, the surrounding area felt rundown and lacked the charm and welcoming atmosphere we were hoping for. We never felt unsafe, but it was not an area we particularly enjoyed.From the street, you have to pass through three separate locked doors before reaching the elevator. While this made the building feel secure, it also made us wonder why that level of security was necessary. The overall atmosphere felt cold and institutional rather than warm and inviting.The key pickup process as stated requires going to a separate location. While not far, it is uphill with luggage back to the apartment. Communication was handled through GuestReady rather than directly with the host. They responded quickly when we contacted them about the hot water, which we appreciated.Inside, the apartment felt clean but more worn than the photos suggest. The damaged flooring was the first thing we noticed, with visible gaps, lifting, and peeling in several areas. The kitchen was adequately stocked, but there were open food items left behind and the freezer was dirty and heavily iced over.Water pressure was low, and there was no shower curtain or shower door, making the bathroom less comfortable to use.Overall, the apartment has potential, but it needs maintenance and updating. This is not a property we would stay in again.
