Excellent property

Emma and Dave are brilliant, made sure we knew where everything was and offered advice about the area and places to go. Was just me and my son and I felt safe on the property, we sat out stargazing, made a fire in the fire pit every evening and had a bbq with the bbq provided. The cabin is very comfortable, drinking water tap available too behind the cabin. There is a separate toilet and shower hut which does the job. The local pub is worth a visit too, amazing food. Would 100% come back and recommend to anyone.

Really pretty, cabin was warm and cosy, facilities clearly well looked after, also great location not too far to drive to Hunstanton or Holkham! Hosts were lovely.

Only thought was a lack of hooks for drying towels etc

The location was lovely, peaceful, and the cabins were well positioned to give as much privacy as possible. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were looked after and had everything we needed.

Nothing we didn’t like, the shared kitchen was a bonus and the gardens were beautiful.

The Oaks Glamping site was just wonderful, amazing location for getting to all areas on the North Norfolk Coast and a beautiful part of the county in its own right. The facilities were superb, an incredibly high standard and amazing value. We couldnt recommend it highly enough.

a lovely break away for a couple

the pips cabin was very cosy and perfect for me and my partner we had quite a lot of things with us so would of preferred a bit more space but we made it work and the cabin as a whole was so comfy at night and the garden area was amazing, it was very nice to be able to light a fire and then sit in the deck chair looking at the night sky relaxing

washroom had a lot of wildlife in like spiders in the shower and a few spiders near the toilet, however we were out in a field so my partner and I understand why there would be wildlife there

A very impressive first Glamping experience!

Emma & Dave were great hosts. Pips cabin was very clean and comfy. There’s some beautiful facilities on site such as the communal bar/kitchen area and kitchen garden. The shared facilities such as the toilets (both standard flushing and compostable) and shower were very clean and well functioning. It was an experience using a compostable toilet for the first time but I was pleasantly surprised! We plan on returning to make the most of this in the future. Difficult due to the heatwave at our time of visiting. Everything you need is onsite such as eating/cooking items and towels. Plenty to do within driving distance. Hosts very knowledgeable about local area. There’s a pub within walking distance but doesn’t appear to do food on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. This was our first Glamping experience and we were very impressed!

We received one of the best welcomes from a campsite ever. Emma and Dave were so warm, friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel so at home. What they have done with the place is amazing - Emma’s exquisite flower & herb garden, the chill out hut, communal fire pits, lovely warm shower, attention to detail everywhere you look, cabins hand made by Dave, and all of it home to a beautiful mix of wildlife. It’s an absolute haven. We had a truly wonderful stay, can’t recommend it enough.

Loved staying here, lovely clean cabin. If you expect a hotel then glamping is not for you, but this place is perfect. Clean, lovely sunrise and sunset, simple facilities but all you need for camping with a bit of luxury like hot water, kitchen, etc. highly recommended

Had a great 4-night Getaway at Pips Cabin!

The communal seating areas were great, there is many places you could sit and relax. Emma and Dave were excellent hosts and were very helpful throughout our stay and recommended some excellent places to visit!

There wasn't a whole load of storage space for food, as we was in Pips Cabin we had to store food & Drink in the shared living spaces and it would have been beneficial to have a bit more room to store items.

Birthday Glamping

The property was so charming, peaceful and incredibly beautiful, surrounded by nature including the chickens! The stars at night were stunning! Emma and Dave were so friendly and welcoming, they sorted us out with dry kindling and firewood (even after a storm) which made my birthday evening perfect! Would reccomend to anyone and everyone!

We had an amazing stay at the Pips Cabin, we wish we booked longer. However will definitely return soon! Dave and Emma were so helpful and kind. They put up birthday decorations for my partners birthday which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend The Oaks!

Exceeded all expectations and looks very high quality and stylish!

The whole experience of my wife and I staying at Pips Cabin exceeded our expectation. Being our 1st Glamping experience we selected The Oakes due to its positive comments from other guests. After our stay we are happy to add to positive comments commending particularly on the friendliness and welcome from Dave and Emma, the little extra surprises you get when there and especially the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities. We will certainly return one day soon ... and of course will request Pips Cabin for its unique quirkiness and comfort
