L'ETOILE LOIRE, Saumur centre avec jardin

Super emplacement dans le centre de Saumur à deux pas du marché et du château, rue très calme avec un petit jardin où nous avons pu laisser les vélos pour la nuit et boire l'apéro en toute tranquillité. Il est facile de trouver à se garer gratuitement dans la rue ou un poil plus loin. L'appartement est bien équipé et la literie correcte. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce logement. Le propriétaire des lieux que nous avons rencontré est très sympathique.

On aurait apprécié un poil plus de propreté dans la cuisine mais le reste de l'appart était vraiment bien..

proche des commerce et du centre ville, piste cyclable , chateaux , a visite a 1 heur du zoo de la fleche , a 1h30 du zoo beauval a 1h30 du parc puy du fou , ville agréable top vacance la ville de saumur est a visite cadre noir ,cheval , musée du chars

bruit des locataire quand t'il rentre bruit des escalier et du plancher a l'étage quand il sont un pas loure a part ça r a s

The garden that was good in the extreme heat.

Property is simple on the ground floor facing the street. Once you enter the flat you have the bed facing the street. Shower room is minuscule separated with kitchen by the curtains. Garden is not a part of the flat but you have to access it from the road and it’s shared by others. Garden chairs were dirty. David the manager who have changed the check in information one and a half hour before my arrival but it was unfortunate that I have not received this information due to my phone. He was not apologetic and said that it was not his problem if my phone didn’t work. This caused a delay in check in. Despite the fact that there are 2 bus stations 3 min walk from the train station to the flat David said that I have to walk at least 10 min to reach the flat.
