Joli appartement très propre, lumineux, fonctionnel et bien situé. La propriétaire est très réactive pour toute question. Il est très facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Seule la canicule nous a gêné pour dormir car nous avons laissé le ventilateur à notre fille qui dormait dans le salon et comme il n'y a pas de volets au 3 fenêtres, il faisait vraiment très chaud. Je recommande ce logement car hors canicule il est parfait.

Appartement dans le quartier du vieux Bagneux refait à neuf, confortable et très propre . À proximité d’un grand espace naturel au bord du Thouet où il est agréable de pique-niquer . Bien situé : on peut aller dans le centre de Saumur à pied ( 1,5 km) ou visiter la région en voiture ( Fontevraud , Montreuil Bellay , le musée troglodyte de Rochemenier …) . Accès et stationnement faciles.

La propreté du logement, la proximité avec le centre, la possibilité de stationner à proximité (gratuitement), la disponibilité des hôtes qui ont répondu rapidement car nous n'arrivions pas à ouvrir la porte d'entrée
La douche (un pommeau cassé et l'autre entartré), la télé où on ne pouvait pas changer de chaîne, le canapé peu confortable car on sent les ressorts... Des petits détails...
