The hosts were very friendly, but did not speak one word of English however using Google translate basic communication was possible.
A bit far from the center, about 20 minutes grab ride. Food options around this area is very limited to non existent. You really have to go to center to get good food. They only take cash for payment.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for having us stay with you. A special mention goes to the passion fruit juice, which was everyone’s favorite drink. We would happily stay here again.

Very good place if you want to discover Ninh Binh. You can rent motorbike at his place for a good price. The owner is super friendly and kind. I recommend this place
There is no good aeration between the shower the room and outside
