Great location right near river and main tourist area with lots to see and eat.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable.
Good value for money.
Would recommend for a quick stay in Ninh Binh.
The room I was in only had an internal window to the stairs and was right above the restaurant so a bit of noise.
I would suggest booking one of the other rooms with an external window, bathroom in the room and possibly a bit further away from the noise.

"The owner was so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I'm so glad we stayed here instead of booking an actual hotel."
