We enjoyed the free bikes and explored the nearby Hoa Lu Ancient Capital & surroundings. The location of the hotel is great for its view of the limestone hills.
The room was comfortable & so were the beds.
The hosts were polite & friendly.
We arrived here after a long & horrible bus ride and when we saw the construction site next door we were a bit disappointed. We're very aware that there is not much the hotel can do about it, but we were looking for a relaxing pool stay and this kind of ruined those plans.
The hosts were very understanding & let us change our initial four nights to one. Which we really appreciated.
The bathroom was not very clean and a bit worn down

The view from the common area is really beautiful and the path
There was loud construction noise at 5:50am as the hotel is building a new bungalow just next to where everyone sleeps.
The restaurant staff is not very friendly. And expect a limited breakfast compared to everywhere else in Vietnam. You can choose only one thing in the menu eg.pancakes and one drink. Fruit offered includes only bitter oranges and banana.
Bikes are paid 50k per person per day. Not in great condition either but still worth biking around.
