Location - perfect for sightseeingand using the train, shops in the building, great breakfast café as well,, general standard is a plus. Complimentary instant coffee and tea 4 of each, toiletries, tv, kitchen with a toaster. Easy check in and check out.

Apartment advertised as 2+2. The stained couch in the living room is not fit for 2 adults- 2 of us did not sleep well. Parking space in the garage canceled one day before arrival- based on othe comments from others it seems like a regular practice. 2 tablets for the dishwasher- that's a joke. Two irons but both with burn stains.

Nice and clean apartment for 2 adults and 1 child, but not for 4 adults as mentioned.

Sofa bed is not suitable for an adult. Too short. The owner has marked it suitable for 2 people, only if those people are under 120 cm

location is really good

I have stayed for 4 days. However, they supplied towels only for one day. I complained about it, but they said it is their policy. They sent a message for check in 'you should visit office to check in' Actually it was not true furthermore I spent around 1 hour to find out the office. The code for entering building also not correct.

The flat is close to the station - the keys are over a kilometre away! and they charge for late pickup.

Very clean and modern

Having to go 1.1Km (x2)to collect the key and the same to return it. And having to pay 100zl because we did not arrive until 7.30 pm

excellent location, great value, very comfortable

there could be more and nicer towels and we were missing bath mats. you also have to return the key to a box which is about a 15 minute walk from the flat which feels unnecessary

The apartment felt safe and secure, clean and comfortable. Location excellent for what we needed. We visited the Madison shopping centre alot for IVF treatment so it was very handy. Aldi was just below the apartments too.

It would have benefitted from a chopping board and a few extra bowls if I was to give a negative. It was noisy but mainly due to the wind and we had the top floor.

Nice appartement not far from the center, it has everything one need. really good option for traveller’s who would like to have a kitchen to cook. supermarkets nearby on the shopping mall.

We had an apartment on the 5th floor- booked for 10 nights. Unfortunately 5 out of 10 days lift wasn't working. Can you imagine dragging heavy laguages on the 5th floor? Well, we did it! Never again!!! On the other hand apartment was quite nice and comfortable.

A good stay near the city center.

Good location. Clean. Good WiFi. Nice neighborhood. New building. Parking space in the underground garage. Netflix on the TV. A balcony overviewing the street - a nice perk if you smoke cigarettes. Washing machine with drier which was very helpful for us since we were traveling witha a small child.

Bed too soft for our taste. Some wear visible on bathroom elements (faucets, shower etc.). Pick up of the apartment keys in a different location about 20 mins walk from apartament - that is not very convenient since you have to go to a different location and you pick up keys there from a key box anyway (if you arrive past 8 PM) so why can't the keys be stored in a key box near by the apartament door? Small TV. Apartament arrangement not very good - you cannot watch TV from the couch just from the bed.

Beautiful apartment, but noisy.

Bed very comfy. Very well equipped apartment. Lovely decor. Fantastic, apart from the noise! And too light to sleep.

Couldn't sleep as the street outside was so noisy! Bins emptied very noisily at 1am, people shouting, screaming and even playing football at 4am! Even with the windows closed, it was all too loud to sleep for the three of us. I used earplugs, too. Blackout blinds would have been appreciated as the apartment was very light at 4am.

Superb

Location was good easy walk to the river and across the road from a shopping centre. Contact with Marika was very good and responsive too. The flat is very secure and modern. Very reasonable rate.

Would of liked to have two pillows each. We had a little problem with the shower but more our fault and Marika was very good to see services fixed it. The washing machine is very noisy and leaked. Didn't get to report this but sure it would of been seen to if we had.

Very good

The location was perfect, walking distance from old town. It was great to have the parking right in the building. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed, especially the washing mashine was pretty useful for us :)

The pick up of the keys was rather "stressful" as we had to go to anothe rlocation in the middle of the city centre first and after a long journey we just wanted to check in. I can only imagine that his must be even more stressful when you dont arrive by car. As I was driving and couldnt read messages, i did not read the text message that I was supposed to let them know 30 minutes ahead of my arrival. Thus we needed to wait for the LAdy to arrive with the keys. Same for the check out.. Instead of just dropping the keys into the mailbox (or just installing the key deposit box on the door as its a common thing) we needed to get to the office again (and got lost on the way because the i phone maps showed a wrong location).. This is something that needs to be improved..
