Confortable

A very good and secure flat situated at first level of a building which has in the front of it a pizza restaurant and a supermarket. it is clean and very confortabile, the same as in photos. The communication with host it was good and fast. Internet it is working very well and it is a TV in each room. It is a free public parking in the street; Lidl, Billa and Kaufland are not very far, but city center yes.

The location it is not very easy to find because the entrance door it is back on the building and there are a lot of building that look similar; as point of orientation can be a school with play spaces for children in its garden. The flat building it is tipically for East European countries.

The apartment is great, comfortable. No problem to find a parking. The kitchen also nice. The guest were always available, and helped with every problem.

The shawer was very small. Lucky there was another separate toilet.

Exceptionally clean and tidy; completely automated check-in and check-out, no need to meet/wait for the host; free parking in front of the building; a grocery store and a supermarket in the building; calm and silent neighborhood; comfortable beds, even the sofa bed is very comfy for sleep; communication with the host is easy; lots of amenities; very good value for the money. Perfect for guests travelling with a car.

There's a very silent fridge in the living room, yet I'd have liked to be able to turn it completely off during the night.

Good flat once you got inside and close the door!

Modern, functional, sofa, balcony , cooking facilities .

Directions: MUST tell people the entrance is round the back, give pictures to help locate relative to the street and the shop across the road. Parking: scruffy, very dirty surroundings. Stairwell was in poor condition, needs cleaning and painting .

It is on for a one night transit

Pretty good for the money. The AC work very well.

The beds are pretty small for 4 persons. Another minus is the shower. Very small space. You need to wash in the same space with the closet. When take the key need to follow as a smart game. It is funny, but with some pics it could be easier for the guests

Top apartment in a very quiet area

Very nice apartment, very clean in a quiet area with good connection to the center of the town. The check in was easy and everything in the apartment was perfect. Very kind and attentive hosts. Across the street there is a good grocery store, very close there are some small restaurants etc. The center of Veliko Tarnovo you could reach by taxi (5 BGN) or by bus (bus stop is in 3-4 minutes waking distance). I can definitely recommend this nice apartment to everyone who do not need to stay in the central area.

An excellent value for money

As a returning guest, I could boldly say that all my family likes the place and that we will definitely come back again. This apartment is not large, however it offers good value for money, and all the services we really need.

In my opinion the only weakens of this place comes from the bathroom. Besides that it is quite small, only 1 out of the three available light bulbs was functioning. Although this is not big problem for somebody who wants to take a shower (or visit the WC) it makes shaving a bit challenging ....

Locatia este destul de departe de centru vechi al orasului.

Sertarele de la congelator ar trebui curatate.Am fi dorit sa punem alimente in congelator dar am fost retinuti datorita faptului ca nu erau curate. La baie lipsa perdelelor de la dus,Locul stramt si destul de dificil pentru a face dus/baie.La baia de servici lipsa unei oglinzi. Lipsa pungilor de gunoi. Cosul de la bucatarie murdar.

- Душ. В нем просто невозможно нормально помыться! - Кровать узкая (на сайте указана большая). Мы должны были спать с ребенком, поэтому для меня это было важно! - Местоположение ужасное (больше полу часа искали, пока не скинула хозяйка геолокацию, найти не удалось ни по навигатору, и никто из людей не знал). Ничего интересного рядом, даже неприятно все грязное вокруг. Поэтому советую другой район выбирать. - Парковка. Ее просто нет возле дома. А на дороге рядом с домом не было мест.

Отличен апартамент!

Много учтив домакин, настанихме се късно, много е удобно, защото вратата е с код. Кухнята е напълно оборудвана с всичко необходимо,, прекрасна тераса, има перална, отделна тоалетна, всичко беше много чисто и добре подредено. Леглото и дивана са удобни, има климатик в спалня и хол. Прекрасен апартамент и много мил домакин. Отсреща има супермаркет, който работи до 22:00 часа, изключително зареден.

Всичко ни хареса.

Relaxant cu peripetii

Am avut o experienta ciudata. Proprietarii sunt plecati in Danemarca, si au contractat servicii de curatenie dupa eliberarea apartamentului. Problema e comunicarea intre proprietari si cei ce efectueaza curatenia. Am ajuns la 13:30. Am cerut sa fac check-in. Mi sa comunicat ca inca nu e gata curatenia si revine proprietarul cu telefon cum e gata. M-am plimbat pana la 14:30 insa copilul meu avea nevoie la toaleta. Am sunat proprietarul ca sa imi confirme daca e curatenia gata sau nu. Nu mi-a raspuns asa ca am mers spre apartament, am sunat la interfon in ideea de a ruga persoana care face curatenie sa permita folosirea toaletei de catre copil. Nimic. Am intrat in casa scarii si cand am bagat codul de acces apartamentul era liber. Imiediat ma sunat proprietarul sa imi comunice ca curatenia sa terminat.

Au fost mici sincope cu privire la curatenie (o scrumiera negolita, ceva frimituri in cuptor, iar interiorul frigiderului nu era sters), dar proprietarul si-a cerut scuze si a promis ca remediaza situatia. Proprietarul sa oferit chiar ca la urmatorul sejur sa il petrec gratis la el in locatie, dar eu sunt o persoana corecta, si fiecare serviciu trebuie platit. A doua zi am reusit performanta de a ma bloca pe exterior, insa datorita proprietarului am reusit deblocarea usii de la intrare (fimiu facea galagie si nu auzi confirmarea apasarii tastelor) Apartament spatios, curat, gasesti parcare in zona si 2 magazine alimentare la botul calului. Lidl si Kaufland in zona. Exista si un balcon in interior pentru fumat, insa era prea cald si nu l-am folosit. Exista aer conditionat atat in sufragerie cat si dormitor. O binecuvantare la temperaturile din timpul sejurului. Bucatarie dotata corespunzator, exista inclusiv masina de spalat rufe si vase in apartament. O baie si un WC de servici.
