Villa 8 p 300m beaches and port, private swimming pool, annex, 135m2, 1100m2, closed

This is a great family holiday villa with flexible accommodation situated in the right next to the beaches of La Londes le Maures. The photos do not do the property justice. It's easy to walk to the marina, beaches and restaurants. The pool area and garden would greatly benefit from a tidy up and general maintenance. As the grass wasn't cut, the trees had dead foliage on them and there were weeds coming up through the paving. The annex is great with it's jack and jill bathroom, however, the bedrooms would benefit from air conditioning. Also the bed lining needs updating and modernising. The experience would be enhanced by a few little extra touches. Towels, soap, etc should be supplied in the cost not as extras. And a baguette, milk, tea, coffee on arrival would be a nice touch. The bottle of Rose in the fridge was nice. Definitely worth a visit, and I think we'll be back to explore the area more.

We loved our stay at Mme Dominique's villa! We hope that we can stay again in the future. It was very peaceful and close to the beach and wineries. The pool is great. Everybody in the area was very friendly and helpful. It was great to have access to fantastic local produce and to be able to cook outside on the plancha. Thanks Dominque!

The location and the pool are great. A small renovation and change of furniture could do wonders for this great house.

Die Tage in Südfrankreich waren wunderbar. Auf dem sehr gepflegten Grundstück, im großen Pool und im geräumigen Küchen-Wohnbereich sowie auf der Terrasse haben wir mit sieben Personen herrlich faule und sonnige Tage verbracht. Die Strände und der sentier littoral sind sehr schön und fußläufig zu erreichen.
