We loved our stay at Mme Dominique's villa! We hope that we can stay again in the future. It was very peaceful and close to the beach and wineries. The pool is great. Everybody in the area was very friendly and helpful. It was great to have access to fantastic local produce and to be able to cook outside on the plancha. Thanks Dominque!

Die Tage in Südfrankreich waren wunderbar. Auf dem sehr gepflegten Grundstück, im großen Pool und im geräumigen Küchen-Wohnbereich sowie auf der Terrasse haben wir mit sieben Personen herrlich faule und sonnige Tage verbracht. Die Strände und der sentier littoral sind sehr schön und fußläufig zu erreichen.

maison parfaite, située tout près du port. Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine parfaite, tout est propre. Une bouteille de rosé au frais nous attend de la part du propriétaire. Nous sommes accueillis par Sébastien, très serviable. Rien ne manque ! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Formidable semaine,

Une maison de vacances idéale pour passer des vacances formidables en famille ou entre amis, la plage, et le port sont tout proches , on peut facilement garer les voitures , à l intérieur de la propriété, le jardin est magnifique avec une grande piscine et une terrasse couverte très agréable ! Dans la cuisine rien ne manque ! Les lits sont un peu justes pour les grands d’ 1,80m et plus.

Emplacement exceptionnel et maison exceptionnelle!!!! Superbe séjour dans une grande maison sur un très grand terrain avec piscine et très grande terrasse. Parfait pour partir à deux familles avec l'annexe sur le terrain. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir cette semaine chez Dominique.

Wegen Lage des Hauses in kurzfristig vor Mietbeginn ausgerufenem Covid 19 Risikogebiet in Übereinstimmung mit dem Vermieter um ein Jahr verschoben. 1. FeWo Hotline 2 Wochen nicht erreichbar. Nur Ansage Text. 2. Auf E-Mail keine Reaktion von FeWo. 3. Vermieter erhält auch keine Reaktion von Kooperationspartner Abitrel. 4. Mitarbeiterin der Hotline verweist nach Erreichen nach 14 Tagen auf das Kontaktformular. 5. Keine Reaktion von FeWo auf meine Nachricht im Kontaktformular seit 3 Tagen. 6. Heute Standard- Umfrage von FeWo zur Zufriedenheit, ohne Kenntnis, das der Urlaub nicht angetreten würde. Fazit: Hohe Vermittlungsgebühr ohne entsprechende Gegenleistung. Wenn alles läuft, ganz nett, aber Hilfe darf man von FeWo nicht erwarten. Prognose: FeWo wird es mit Covid-bedingter Überlastung entschuldigen. M. Haake Bewertung mit Sternen nur fiktiv, da sonst Kommentar nicht möglich. Der sehr kooperative und verständnisvolle Vermieter soll nicht unter einer Bewertung leiden.

Das Haus ist gepflegt und liegt sehr zentral. St. Tropez, Hyères, Ramatuelle etc. sind in der Nähe von diesem Ferienhaus. Ein Fahrrad vor Ort ist ein Muss. Die Weinstrasse ist wunderschöne. Die Sandstrände sind ebenfalls sehr schön.

Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen, ein Ferienhaus mit viel Charme und ausreichend Platz, ein Pool und ein schön angelegter, blühender Garten. Wir haben hier mit Kindern und 3 kleinen Enkeln Familienurlaub gemacht und alle haben sich wohlgefühlt. Das Haus und besonders die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Zur Sicherheit für kleine Kinder gibt es einen mobilen Zaun, der den Poolbereich abtrennt. Das fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Alarm für den Pool. Schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen sind auch die schönen Strände von La Londe, der Hafen mit vielen Restaurants und das Forum mit Bäcker und kleinem Lebensmittelgeschäft. Große Supermärkte findet man in ca. 4 bis 5 km Entfernung.

maison fraiche , proche du port et des plages.Le parking à l intérieur de la propriété est très appréciable. Tout se fait à pied. la piscine est très agréable.Seul bémol; la vis à vis de quelques appartements sur la piscine. Maison parfaite pour 8 adultes.

Super nice villa with great garden & pool

We had a great time in this spacious villa. With the two separate houses we had enough room for a family of 6 (2 kids, parents and also the grand-parents). We loved the house and the garden with it‘s pool. The villa and the kitchen are perfectly equipped, WiFi also works fine. We enjoyed the close port with many restaurants and small shops and also the nice beaches around. In a nutshell: perfect! Thanks :-)

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable entre amis (7 personnes) dans cette belle maison très bien tenue, de la piscine jusqu'au gratte-ail, rien ne manquait ! La proximité du port, des plages, des petits commerces (boulangerie, restaurants ..), et la facilité de parking ( 3 voitures à l'intérieur ) sont aussi des atouts indéniables. La région aussi est magnifique, plages d'eau turquoise, vignobles, petits villages typiques, les îles facilement accessibles en louant un bateau sur le port (ou par navette), il y a de quoi passer 15 jours sans s'ennuyer une seconde. De plus, le propriétaire est sympa, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous sommes tous d'accord pour recommander vivement cette location !

La maison est très agréable et est encore mieux que sa description. Nous étions 8 entre 5 ans et 84 ans dont deux jeunes de 18 et 21 ans. Tout le monde avait sa place et pouvait vivre à son rythme sans se gêner. La maison est très conviviale et les repas autant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur peuvent être pris confortablement à 8. Rien ne manque et il y avait même du petit bois pour démarrer le barbecue. Le propriétaire et la personne présente sur place souhaitent que nous profitions de notre séjour et cela se ressent dans la qualité de l'accueil. Cela fait trois fois que nous venons sur la Londe et à chaque fois ce sont des vacances réussies. Une maison spacieuse et conviviale dans une endroit merveilleux.

Villa La Goupille is the perfect place to stay in La Londe and surroundings . Everything you need is there , a lot of space ,3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the hose , 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the cabanna . In the house a kitchen ( wel equiped ) with american fridge and microwave and in the living flatscreen tv ,wi fi .On the terrase big table , baebeque and extra fridge and in the garden swimming pool ( 5x10 ) with at least 10 couches and smal tables . We were with 6 adults and there was room for 4 more .Everything was clean and the owner was very helpful for helping us with tv and wi fi . At 30m there is a beakery and the harbor and restaurants at 50m . If we should go back to La Londe or surroundings Villa Goupille here we come again . Luc Dils
