About this apartment rental
I rent my 85 m2 apartment renovated with careful decoration, located on the second floor and overlooking the Place de la Fontaine.
You will have everything to have a very pleasant stay, whether you are on holiday or on business.
You are in the city center:
The pedestrian streets start at 20 m. The shops are at the foot of the building. Restaurants, bars and caterers nearby.
No need for a car for your outings in town.
It is 600m from the station, 500m from the Cité de la mer with its submarine, aquarium and Titanic exhibition.
Parking at 50m (0.40 euros / h during the day, free from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.). Free parking place Napoleon 6 minutes walk. 2 parking lots ‘30 minutes ’in front of the building.
Bike parking in front of the door.
The whole apartment is at your disposal.
Two bedrooms, facing the back, quiet, each with a window overlooking the roofs: one with a large 160 cm bed, the other with two single beds. A sofa bed 1 or 2 places in the living room. The bed linen is provided. Cupboards.
Like a loft, the room is very large and bright with 4 large windows facing the street on a very lively square.
On one side the fitted kitchen, with an island / bar which delimits the dining area for 6 people.
At the other end a living room with sofas, 2 armchairs and television.
It is fully equipped with kitchen equipment, crockery for 8 people, oven, large fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher, gas hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave.
A powerful vacuum cleaner. A professional quality steamer. A hair dryer.
All household equipment.
Bathroom :
Two sinks, a shower cubicle and a bathtub. Towels are provided.
Separate toilets
The different light settings allow all atmospheres.

The port is integrated into the city: it is one of the charms of Cherbourg. You also have to weave through the small passages that create shortcuts.
