We chose this apartment because of its proximity to the training facilities for my daughter. Very nice host, great communication, clean apartment with fully functionsl kitchen, clean shower room and bathroom. No problems with hot water supply, large fridge freezer, proximity to the tube station and major supermarket. Grest views over Kyiv (16th floor). Very secure, concierge and access to keyholders only.
The elevator was broken on one occasion, so we had to walk upstairs to the 16th floor (not a major issue in itself for a reasonably fit person, but the stairwell is dark, smelly and dirty, and not all floor numbers are marked).
The living room/bedroom has no dark curtains, and the window is facing the east, so the rising sun is shining straight into the bed - the sleeping mask is a must

Tanya is really nice and she is available and fast to answer to questions. The apparment is near the metro, clean and well equiped.
