Extremely slow wifi - see the attached speed test No communication from management about planned energy and water shut-offs (that the management’s been notified of) Some minor inconveniences like a peeling leather bed headboard, no nightstands, musty towels, etc

Лояльність власника, який дозволив лишитись на годину більше. Наявність приватної парковки, на якій завжди є можливість знайти паркомісце. Велика кількість посуду для приготування їжі.
Неприємний запах від білизни, який, скоріш за все, йде від пральної машини, яка не обслуговується. Не завжди якісно вимита підлога.
