Квартира цілком адекватна за свої гроші, чисто, співвідношення ціна/якість хороше.
• Застава та готівка: Не сподобалась вимога залишати заставу (в Європі з цим стикаюся вперше, зазвичай заселення дистанційне). Розумію аргументи власника про вечірки, але для безпеки краще поставити камеру на вході, а не створювати незручності гостям. Оплата також тільки готівкою, що мінус, бо користуюся лише картками. • Шум: Господар багато розповідав про галасливих орендарів та скарги сусідів, але забув згадати, що самі сусіди теж люблять пошуміти допізна, через що було важко виспатися.
