Rhod House is nestled in the trees on over 1/4 acre of land. You'll be just steps from the Zig Zag River and it's a short & secluded walk into the village of Rhododendron. Rhod House is a newly remolded charming cabin on the banks of the ZigZag River. Relax in the new hot tub and enjoy the sound of the river nearby. Full of charm, this home has cedar tongue and groove walls, a river rock fireplace and outdoor firepit and grill.
Master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, queen bed and French doors to large deck overlooking the woods. Second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin bunk beds. A newly renovated detached garage is now a game room with seating and game table.
Great for a romantic getaway or for small families. Just 9 miles to Government Camp and the ski resorts. Great local restaurants and coffee shops are just a short away over the suspension bridge.
Come enjoy the winter wonderland in the Mt Hood National Forest!

We stayed here when my daughter was attending a ski camp at Mt Hood. The house was perfect. It is just off the main highway but next to the creek so you don’t hear much road noise and it feels like you are much further away from it all. Very relaxing and comfortable House. A lovely deck and BBQ make being outdoors easy. The house stayed cool during the hot weather. We would stay here again.
