Enjoy nature and privacy in the heart of wine country. This 2-bedroom cottage offers a place to relax and unwind on 10 acres of manicured lawns and gardens. A propane fire pit, grill, playground & garden all add to the charm of this lovely property.
Seasonal 20 ft x 50 ft pool available that may be shared with other guests and can be heated for an additional fee.
Here you'll be within 10 miles of Oregon's best wineries, close to George Fox University, and just 4 miles from downtown Newberg.
NOTES:
3 nights minimum from June 1st - September 30th. 2 nights minimum from October 1st - May 31st.
- 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and 1 sofa bed that can sleep two people in the living room.
* Kitchenette with settings for up to 6 guests.
THE PROPERTY
A peaceful setting with plenty of space to relax and unwind. You'll have outdoor lawn games, a variety of indoor board and card games, 2 guitars (available upon request.) Wander the garden and enjoy any in-season fruit you find or simply sit and watch the clouds go by.
GUEST ACCESS
You'll have full access to explore the manicured grounds and gardens. The fire pit and seasonal pool are shared with guests who may be using the separate main house.

This is a great property. As advertised. House has everything you need and the hosts were friendly and easy to work with. Even though it’s a shared property, we felt comfortable to walk the grounds and use the pool with plenty of privacy. The location is amazingly serene and close enough to town. Beds were comfortable! This area is rough for WiFi and cell service. Check in/out process was simple. The house was ready for us with the ac turned on.

What a pleasure it was to wind down in such a special and idyllic place. Home was comfortable and outdoor spaces were perfect for morning coffee and evening grilling and relaxing.
Plenty of excellent wineries nearby as well as produce stands and a great fish market. We'd definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Read other reviews for helpful information about the property. Host was responsive to inquiries upon arrival.

These owners are amazing! Beautiful countryside. Quiet. The pool was crisp and perfect. There is a garden that people can work in. The owners were so quick on responses. This has been , hands down best stay i have ever had.

My husband and I stayed with our two small dogs while I was in town for work events/meetings. This a was perfect, quiet location to spend our off time and evenings. The hosts we kind, responsive and exceptionally accommodating. We would certainly stay here again.
