Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath luxury condominium.
The condominium is a third floor end unit of the 760 Ocean Boulevard complex. #301 is comfortably furnished, generously sized, and lavishly appointed. Features include quartz counter tops in the open kitchen and bathrooms and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite, with a partial ocean view. The living room has a large TV with a HDMI cable so you can stream from your laptop.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart TV and en-suite with an over sized walk in shower, garden tub and double vanities.
The guest bedroom also features a King bed. The attached bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can also be accessed from the hallway.
TVs have Sling Streaming and Roku. No cable service.
The community features one assigned covered parking space under the building and room for overflow outside the building. There is an elevator.
760 Ocean Boulevard is located near the Village Shops & Restaurants, and is directly across the street from a public beach.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• No pets are allowed at this property
* NOTE: The pool is open seasonally.

What a lovely place to stay in St. Simmons Island! We loved the layout and size of the condo with its wonderful view of the beach and waves. Not many places have King size beds and this place had two, which was perfect for our family. Super comfortable furniture and excellent artwork. Also the beach towels and chairs were a great bonus. We will want to stay here again and again!!

Very comfortable. Neighbors are very friendly and the condo is in a great location. We had a maintenance issue and it was promptly fixed with little inconvenience. I highly recommend this property management company- we have used them at least once a year for years and they are very easy to work with. We would stay here again.

The rental experience at 760 Ocean Blvd was above par. The unit was spacious and tranquil. The unit was also in close proximity to the beach and popular eating locations on the island. An update of the bedroom television is needed, however, that is no reason to miss out on this location.
