The Blue Pearl is a stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental that comfortably sleeps up to 2 guests, with additional sleeping available via the full-size sleeper sofa. Located only 0.2 miles from the beach and 0.6 miles from the St. Simons Pier, guests can easily enjoy sun-soaked beach days, waterfront dining, boutique shopping, live music, and local attractions without needing to drive far.
This single-story unit offers easy access with no stairs required, making it convenient for all guests. Inside, you'll find a bright and airy open-concept living room and kitchen featuring brand-new retro-style appliances, modern coastal décor, and a welcoming atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day on the island. The spacious king bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, while the bathroom includes a sleek standing shower and updated finishes.
Traveling with additional guests? The attached sister property, The Black Pearl, is an identical neighboring unit that can be rented together for larger groups or families, offering accommodations for up to 4–8 guests combined.
Outside, guests can enjoy the shared front patio complete with rocking chairs, outdoor seating, and a gas grill perfect for summer BBQs and relaxing evenings under the coastal breeze.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding, and this home was in the perfect location. We brought our dog along, and he loved the wonderful fenced yard where he could play safely. The house itself was super cute and ideally situated for sightseeing, dining, and easy beach access.

Everything about our five-night stay at this rental was enjoyable. The place was clean and well-furnished and stocked. The location was perfect. We will almost certainly stay here again.
