Walk only 0.2 miles to the shoreline, 0.6 miles to the iconic St. Simons Island Pier, and enjoy easy access to some of the island's best restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, nightlife, and local attractions.
Inside, The Black Pearl features a beautifully designed open-concept living space with retro-inspired appliances, modern finishes, and cozy coastal décor. This single-story unit offers easy access with no stairs, making it perfect for guests seeking comfort and convenience.
The spacious king bedroom creates a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach, while the full bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower. The living room sofa also converts into a full-size sleeper, allowing flexibility for additional guests if needed.
Step outside and enjoy your private covered outdoor dining area complete with a gas grill — ideal for evening cookouts and relaxing island nights. Guests also have access to the shared front patio seating area, perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
Traveling with friends or family? Ask about booking the neighboring sister unit, The Blue Pearl, an identical attached 1-bedroom property that allows you to comfortably accommodate a larger group while still enjoying private accommodations.

We loved the black pearl. Was perfect for us. Very clean, loved the retro kitchen. We had the carport side, which i liked. The blue pearl dosent. Will stay again. Only thing i could say. Do need blinds in bedroom. Host was great and stay was great!

We loved our stay at the Black Pearl. It was central to so many great places. Short walk/drive to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated. The vintage inspired appliances, and modern touches made it feel very homey. Would stay here again.

Wonderful little house within walking distance to Pier Village, park and beach. The house was clean and comfortable for two. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

Enjoyed our stay. The property was furnished and decorated in a retro fashion making it fun and enjoyable. It was very clean and livable.
