This 2nd floor condo has 2 beds in the bedroom, a Queen and a Full. There is a Full Futon sofa in the living room. WiFi and Smart TV provided. Kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Small stacking washer/dryer unit in kitchen closet. Unit also has a few beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler for guest use. Just bring your bed linen and towels for beach/pool and bathing.
Easy, convenient and relaxing! Elevator building with pool, just steps from the beach, restaurants, night life, amusements and more. Located on north end of Ocean City, close to DE line for tax free shopping. Don’t miss summertime Sundaes in the Park with live music & fireworks every Sunday from 7-9pm at Northside City Park & Recreation Center just a few blocks away. Our condo is in a great location - much less crowded beach than other areas in OC. Relax and enjoy!

The property is perfectly located next to the beach and is a short drive away from local restaurants and the Boardwalk. 100% recommend! Communication with owner was prompt and engaged.

Perfect for our 4th of July trip! Condo is in a perfect location—lots of walkable food options—my teens and I loved walking across the street to grab meals at Uber Bagels, Chipotle, Wawa and Tailchasers. Easy beach access with umbrella rental right at entrance. Condo was clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and hosts were incredibly responsive at the time of booking as well as the days leading up to and day of check in. This will for sure be a new fav spot to stay in OC and we’ll be back next summer!

Good location to the beach

Had issues with BR air-conditioner. Was unable to reach the host until following morning. (Need to include phone number of host with information.) Do not plan a trip to OC in mid September there is a yearly Motorcycle convention 100,000 bikes-noise level is unbelivable.
