Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest condominium and common area cleaning procedures. Specific steps The Marylander is taking include:
Staff Health, Safety and Knowledge: The health, safety and knowledge of our management staff and guests are essential to an effective cleaning program. Here are some ways we’re supporting staff and guests:
Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. Staff are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It’s important for their health and that of our guests.
Real Time Information: Management monitors daily local, regional and national updates to adjust staff procedures, in real time, as needs change
Cleaning Products and Protocols: The Marylander uses cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses, including:
Guest Rooms: We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean units after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
Public Spaces: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevator and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, the game room, and room keys.
Hand Sanitizer Stations: Hand sanitizing stations will be available in the lobby, office, pool room, game room, and outside the elevator on all floors.

The location is beachside, easily walkable to northside park on the Bayside. The beach is not overly crowded and has lifeguards on duty. Cute, small condo with washer and dryer. Everything you need for a quick beach trip. The building is secure with really nice staff and parking available. We brought our teenage kids, one of whom had a lacrosse tournament. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable, but might be fine for smaller children. Keep that in mind if you have more than three people. The sofa itself is much more comfortable. Coffee machine and Keurig are available, but neither has coffee provided. We forgot to bring some. There is a Starbucks nearby. Overall, great experience!

Everything was as pictured. Very clean and nice. Great location for restaurants and stores. Enjoyed our stay. Host was excellent.

We stayed here overnight for a short beach getaway. The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was absolutely beautiful and has everything you would need for convenience, including the location to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely book here again.
Also the hosts are very quick with responses.

The property was close to the beach which was nice. The property met our needs, a little outdated but it is located on the beach.
