From your balcony, you’ll enjoy the spectacular Ocean City sunrises, watch dolphins swim, keep an eye on the family at the beach, or just relax. In addition to the views, the convenient location allows you to easily move back and forth from the beach to the unit without a hassle.
Located in North Ocean City on 126th street, this unit is convenient to all the Ocean City has to offer with many in great restaurants, stores and entertainment within walking distance!
This fabulous 2 BR, 2 BA unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two doubles. Both bedrooms have TVs. The nicely appointed kitchen has everything that you will need to cook fabulous meals on those nights that you want to eat in. In addition, you will love the tastefully decorated unit with unique pieces such as the library card filer as an entertainment center. The balcony has a table for enjoying meals al fresco along with a lounge area for relaxing and enjoying a cocktail while the refreshing summer breezes keep you cool!

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Bonaire is an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spots is provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* Outdoor shower for guest use
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 126th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Great location in this well appointed 2bed/2bath condo! We had a great time and really enjoyed this quieter area. Great park on the bay side across the street. Beach access is steps away. Loved it!
