I loved the location, and how cozy the room was. Almost anything you could need in the kitchen and even offered towels. The washer and dryer was such an added plus.
The beds were okay, not too bad. Decorated nicely.
The floors were extremely dirty. Couldn't tell by looking at them but we are people who take our shoes off at the door and after just a few minutes walking around our socks were so gross.
Also, there was a woman on the other side of top royal who kept harassing us. Every time we came out she would scream up asking what was wrong with us and that she was a behavioral specialist? We could not use the pool peacefully because she would harass us that she just bought her condo a year ago and she pays for the water. It was driving us crazy.

The beach in the Fall is the place to be. Less people, great weather, less traffic.... summer has met its match!! We love Top Royal. Really feels like our home away from home. Cozy, great views, always very clean and the location is fantastic. Everything you need within walking distance. Top Royal is Top Notch!!!!!

Quiet, comfortable and great location.
Shower pressure, problems with the cable in the bedroom, something to wash dishes with (ex: sponge or cloth) and larger bars of soap.
