Room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel had everything we needed. The luggage locker room was very useful on our last day.
Gym was very small and machines were not cleaned regularly

This was my second stay at this hotel. The room I had was beautiful with a nice city view and balcony. The decor was new and well maintained. I will come back again.

This property was perfect for a stay in Osaka. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and even afterwards in helping return a lost item. To get to the bedroom floors your keycard is needed which makes it feel very safe. Our room had a washing machine in it which was fantastic. There are plenty of coffee shops and convenience stores nearby too!
If looking to use gym, there are no weights. It was such a good stay that this is the only little inconvenience. It is also a 20 minute walk to main Dotonbori area which didn’t bother us but is good to consider.

Location is good and convenient to reach metro stations nearby. Breakfast was fine and filling but fruits needed refilling more often. Convenient to have a washer-dryer in the room.
The rooms were not the cleanest and things are looking ‘well used’ with marks on the walls and battered furniture. At times, staff were not great at communicating, but got the job done nonetheless. Perhaps expecting more for the price being paid.
