Villa Diana with private swimming pool in Tauro

Lovely 4 bed/4 bath house recently renovated and part of a terrace of similarly attractive properties near the golf course. Our family of 5 spent a very enjoyable week at Villa Diana as a base for exploring the whole south of the island and all the towns and activities. A car is highly recommended the property is about a km from the main road,and public transport.

When looking for a villa in the canaries, we came across this one and we all had a great stay and loved the villa, very clean, well equipped and plenty of space, a few negatives just for people to be aware, not all rooms have bathrooms, some are next door and the stairs are much steeper and dangerous for children and older people and this needs to be defined more, the stairs are in an awkward place and an accident waiting to happen, straight to your left as you come through the main door, a little trip of someone and it would be a hospital visit , so overall fantastic but just be aware with small children and elderly people, oh forgot to mention the beds, not as comfortable as you would like !

Our family with 3 generations spent Christmas and New year in Villa Diana. The house and pool is very nice and well equipped. The location is peaceful. There is a bus stop not so far away but we strongly recommend a rental car. We had no problem to park our 2 cars directly outside the house. It was very easy to contact the house manager when we had questions or problems. And the pool keeper is an excellent man. The problems we had was that some of the sun beds were broken and the drain from one of the bathrooms was semi-functional. I am sure that will be fixed before the arrival of new quests.

We had a great stay at Villa Diana, the property is as listed and Cristina and Patrick were great hosts. There was lots of space in the villa and it was very clean. The kids loved the pool!! We would definitely stay here again. I would recommend a car to get here though as may be difficult to get around without one.
