About this apartment rental
As a Premier Partner, we work hard to provide a 5-STAR experience to our guests. We are privately run, with a manager on call at all times.
A luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit set on a serene golf course setting in just north of the city centre. Located on two exceptional golf courses at the very popular Okanagan Golf Club.
A short drive to restaurants and pubs on the north side of Kelowna as well as some excellent wineries. Only 12 minutes to Orchard Park Mall, Approx. 20 minutes to downtown Kelowna and the Lake Okanagan waterfront.
THE CONDO :
Bright and spacious living area with a unique floor plan of 1284 sq. ft. offers the largest floor plan in the resort. Guests enjoy large windows in the front living area, a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, 3 bedrooms (all with windows), 2 full bathrooms (one being the ensuite in Master bedroom). The unit is unique as the 2 larger bedrooms are at the back of the condo and offer privacy. (Please see our listing photos).

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cutlery, china, BBQ tools, kitchen appliances (drip coffee machine), and accessories. We provide all linens and pool towels, hand and body soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper products, as well as enough laundry soap to get your started. Just bring your suitcases !
Includes one secure underground parking stall (garage door height is 6'11") and a locked bicycle storage room is also in the underground parkade. Lots of street parking for larger vehicles and boats/trailers.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS :
- The master bedroom features a queen size bed with ensuite (full tub and shower combo). Lots of closet space and large windows.
- Second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king on request.

Shared 2nd bathroom is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom, and has a large shower.
LOCATION :
Dining is about a block away at the Okanagan Golf Club, with lounge and dining facilities. it houses an excellent restaurant, bar and outdoor dining area. A new mall area has been built just a short 5 minute drive from the condo on Airport Way which has the well-stocked 'Nestor's Market' grocery store, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, KAYA Sushi, Starbucks, Shoppers Drugs and a Liquor Store as well as the highly-rated Sheraton Four Points Hotel with it's Gulfstream Restaurant and Pub, as well as others.
Other nearby golf courses within a 15 minute drive include : Tower Ranch, Sunset Ranch, Shadow Ridge and Kelowna Springs .
Only 12 minutes to Orchard Park Mall, approx. 20 minutes to downtown Kelowna and the Lake Okanagan waterfront, also very close to the UBC Okanagan campus, and a short drive North will take you to Wood Lake and Kalmalka Lake as well as several beautiful wineries and orchards (Grey Monk, 50th Parallel Winery, Arrowleaf and many more!).
CHECK-IN:
Check in is after 4pm. Unfortunately we can’t do check-ins after 10pm. Check out is 10am. We do our best to accommodate early and late check-out whenever possible.
We will send an email providing the details for entry and passcodes. CANCELLATION: Our cancellation policy is as shown on the VRBO listing. Unfortunately we are unable to alter it or push reservations into next year. We only refund if the condo is uninhabitable for some reason, so please have travel and /or cancellation insurance in place if you feel it is necessary, through places such as your credit card company, your provider (such as CAA for example) to protect yourself in case of personal health or natural events/disasters.
Important to note - we manage the units ourselves with excellent, experienced cleaning staff and a handyman on call. Our suites are continually being upgraded and maintained on a regular basis. No chance that you will be moved to a different unit, or not get the unit shown.
We are fully legal and licensed by the City of Kelowna to run as a short-term rental.

Since I had an excellent experience renting a VRBO for my first son’s wedding I decided to do the same for my younger son’s wedding. It was a little too far away from the wedding venues but otherwise we were vey pleased with the facilities.

This property was close to the airport and golf course. Very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Great pool. Very quiet building, we never heard any of the other units. Great for a family or girls getaway. A bit far from downtown but ok if you have a vehicle.

Four friends shared this space and were treated to a clean, open space with all we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. Sheila was great with communication and was very proactive and responsive. I would highly recommend.
