About this apartment rental
As a Premier Partner, we work hard to provide a 5-STAR experience to all our guests. We are privately run with a manager on call at all times.
An upgraded 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit set on a serene golf course setting in just north of the city centre. Located on two exceptional golf courses at the very popular Okanagan Golf Club.
A short drive to restaurants and pubs on the north side of Kelowna as well as some excellent wineries and several golf courses. Only 12 minutes to Orchard Park Mall, approx. 20 minutes to downtown Kelowna and the Lake Okanagan waterfront. Groceries and restaurants nearby.
With 1277 square feet, this is one of the largest floor plans at this resort, and a quiet, corner unit with windows in all bedrooms and large private balcony with outdoor seating and Weber BBQ with woodsy views of the golf course.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools & accessories. We provide all linens and pool towels, a small cooler, hand and body soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper products, as well as enough coffee filters and laundry soap to get you started. Just bring your suitcases!
Outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and fitness centre on site. (* Note: Pool & hot tub area opens May long weekend.)
Bedroom configurations:
- The master bedroom features large windows, a queen size bed with ensuite (tub and shower).
- Second bedroom has a queen bed (large windows). Third bedroom (with windows) is a good size room with 2 twin beds that can be joined to make a king size bed if necessary. (Please let us know in advance)

Includes one secure underground parking stall (garage door height is 6'11") and a locked bicycle storage room is also in the underground parkade. Lots of street parking for larger vehicles and boats/trailers.
LOCATION : Dining is about a block away at the Okanagan Golf Club and restaurant, Table 19, which offer an impressive array of menu choices featuring local ingredients prepared with West Coast flair. Dine on their patio and soak up the scenery !
A new mall area has been built just a short 5 minute drive from the condo on Airport Way which has the well-stocked 'Nestor's Market' grocery store, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, Starbucks, Shoppers Drugs and a Liquor Store as well as the highly-rated Sheraton Four Points Hotel with it's Gulfstream Restaurant and Pub, Kaya Sushi Restaurant, as well as others.
* Important to note - we do not use property managers ; we manage the units ourselves with excellent, experienced cleaning staff. Our suites are continually being upgraded and regularly maintained. No chance that you will be moved to a different unit, or not get the unit shown.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and exactly how the pictures showed it would be. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. The Barbecue had lots of fuel, lit easily, and cooked evenly. We liked the pool, it was clean and clear; in the morning it was not too busy for a nice swim. We only wish we could have found the luggage cart for loading and unloading when we arrived and departed. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would very likely stay here again.

Stayed in Kelowna with my family. Great location, unit was quiet, well equipped and spacious for 6 adults. Nice pool, short drive to beaches and convenient shopping down the street.
Great check in and support if we had questions or concerns.

This property is one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at. With 3 bedrooms it is a great value alternative to a hotel if you are sharing costs with friends or family. Our group was 4 adults (2 couples). The second bedroom had twin beds that could also be made up as a king. The unit was very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom basics and was spotlessly clean - only place we have ever stayed that even has more than enough hangers! The furnishings were comfortable, and homey and the unit is spacious. The pool area was also welcoming. The property agent who we dealt with went out of her way to help us with check in and check out - we had no issues to be dealt with during our stay. This property is adjacent to a golf course for those interested in that. It is not close to the lake but has good access to other areas of Kelowna and there is a shopping plaza close by for groceries etc. There is only underground parking for one vehicle and others have to park on the street but the area is quiet and safe. We would definitely consider staying here again.
