About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful oceanfront vacation home in sunny Solana Beach! The two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly renovated townhome sits on the bluff with expansive whitewater ocean views. With no neighbors to the south and west, except for the Pacific Ocean and a large open field, enjoy the privacy and tranquility of this beachfront home.
The home has ocean views from the main living area, kitchen, dining room, and two of the three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with new Kitchenaid appliances, coffee maker and keurig, blender, pots, pans, CrockPot, and everything you need to make your family meals.
At night, delight in falling asleep to sea breezes and the rhythm of the waves crashing on shore.
You will want to spend most of your day relaxing on the large and private ocean view patio. The patio is perfect for bbq’ing dinner, reading a book, playing cards, or just lounging in the sun on the outdoor couch. The table extends to sit 8 or more guests. The gas fire pit is ready for s’mores or sipping a glass of wine while watching for migrating whales or dolphins.
