Living room with TV + BOX, stereo, WIFI Internet access, 2 leather sofas. 3 bedrooms: 1 with 1 double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, desk and TV, 1 with 1 single bed. In addition a folding bed 90 and a baby cot. Large storage spaces. Bathroom and separate WC. Outdoor chairs and table for balcony. Beautiful city, convenient location of accommodations. About an mile walk to the old town, but mostly flat or downhill. A/C was a nice welcome home as was the view after a day of exploring.

My family of 5 enjoyed this accommodation quite a bit. The view is so peaceful, and sitting on the patio enjoying the Mediterranean Sea was wonderful. The owner was very attentive, and he met us at the property to show us around. The host has loads of instructions/materials for the apartment, including appliances. We were grateful to have a great home base for Monaco and Nice. We will definitely book again if we return to the French Riveria.

I would like to talk to someone that i couldnt reach the owner of the appartment we called many times when we were in Menton went to the location couldnt see no body and we had to relocated ourselves we were a family of five so more money spent somewhere else . I would li,e to get my money back .

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. Great for a family. We really enjoyed the terrace and the stunning views! We stayed during a heatwave, luckily the air con was excellent, kitchen has everything you need. Thanks for hosting and for all the info you gave us. Menton is a wonderful place to stay.

The apartment was very well equipped and had plenty of space. It was comfortable and the owners provided lots of helpful information. It was close to the beach and train station and about a 20 min walk into the town centre. There were a few nice places to eat nearby and a couple of convennience stores. The only downside was the fact that it was up several flights of stairs - a bit tiring in the heat. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped and matched our expectations. It provided a comfortable and pleasant place to stay for 10 days. For us, the availability of a dedicated parking space on the property was an important factor in selecting this property. Although its location required an 8 minute walk to the Menton train station and 20 minutes to the Old Town area, this was quite workable. Communication with the hosts was very good and the information provided was very useful. Check-in and check-out was easy.

This apartment was perfect for our family break with two teenage boys. It is very spacious, with a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea towards Italy. Being away from any busy roads it is also very quiet, though only a short walk from the seafront at Plage de Borrigo. A dedicated parking space on the gated property meant we were guaranteed a space, which is often problematic in other areas of the town. Pre-trip communication with the host was very efficient, and the check-in/check-out was very smooth.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce grand appartement très agréable et très bien situé. La vue est magnifique, le logement très propre, bien agencé et bien équipé. La proximité de la voie de chemin de fer nous faisait craindre le bruit du passage des trains mais ne nous a finalement posé aucun problème. Comme nous l'avait assuré notre hôte, la résidence est effectivement calme pour la région que nous connaissons bien. Nous avons été bien accueillis et la propriétaire a tout fait pour faciliter l'organisation de notre départ en fin de séjour, ce que nous avons grandement apprecié.

Nous avons une semaine dans cette location que nous vous recommandons sans problème. Appartement très propre dans lequel rien de manque et avec en plus une place de parking, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. La vue est magnifique entre la mer et la montagne. Le centre ville n'est pas loin et se fait rapidement à pied (10 à 15 minutes). À louer sans inquiétude. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis à l'arrivée et au départ.

Nous apprécions ce logement avec 3 belles chambres (très rare en location sur Menton) + un salon séjour avec une vue superbe sur la mer et la vieille ville. Autres atouts, la place de parking, l'accès à pied aux commerces et au bord de mer et un équipement complet (cuisine, lave-linge, TV,...). Quant à la proximité de la voie ferrée, cela gêne peu. Voici 3 ans que nous y venons avec nos 4 enfants et nous recommandons cette location

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das besondere Plus ist der schöne Balkon mit der herrlichen Aussicht. Der am nächsten zur Wohnung gelegene Strand ist sehr sauber und schön. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind sehr nahe gelegen, auch die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Eisenbahn, die vor dem Haus vorbeifährt, ist überhaupt kein Problem, die Frequenz der vorbeifahrenden Züge ist nicht sehr gross und in der Nacht fahren keine Züge. Der Bahnhof ist nahe gelegen, so dass man sehr gut auch ohne Auto anreisen kann und z.B. nach Nizza sehr gut auch mit der Eisenbahn reisen kann.

Dalla terrazza si gode di una bella vista mare e la spiaggia è raggiungibile in pochi minuti anche a piedi. Sicuramente una sistemazione da consigliare a chi cerca la tranquillità non lontano dal centro e dai commerci.

L'appartement correspond en tout point à la description du propriétaire, situé au calme il est très bien équipé et propre. Il est tout à fait adapté aux familles avec enfants. Situé à quelques minutes à pied du bord de mer et du centre ville, nous avons pu profiter pleinement du charme de Menton. Nous avons apprécié de prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon ensoleillé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, la montagne et au loin l'Italie. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Location à recommander. Nous attendons avec impatience d'y effectuer un nouveau séjour.

Nous sommes venus hors saison début octobre et avons bénéficie d' un temps superbe d'arrière saison. Aucune surprise à l'arrivée, tout est conforme au descriptif, nous avons bien été accueillis et tout a été très bien expliqué. Rapport qualité prix difficile à trouver mieux dans la région.
