Large, two story private home in quiet part of Travis Heights. 5 minute walk to restaurants and music venues on South Congress, and 20 minute walk to downtown. There is also plenty of outdoor space, with the options to relax in the screened in back porch, front patio table, or backyard firepit with Adirondack chairs.

Jamie's place is very nice and super clean. It is in a great location and has great access to the highway leading to COTA and also to downtown. You can literally walk to all the restaurants and shops on Congress Ave.
Jamie is very responsive and we could get help if needed.

Lovely home with comfortable beds and nice outdoor space. Travis Heights is a great neighborhood, very close to Congress St. Easy walking to local eateries and shopping and short driving to many activities and places of interest. We had a wonderful stay.

Fabulous house with lots of space! Owner was super helpful. Great location to everything in Austin- ACL, South Congress, and downtown.
