The Space
The 1443 sq ft bungalow offers an open concept first floor layout perfect for entertaining, featuring a main living area that flows directly to the dining room and kitchen. In the living room, sit back on a brand new sofa that converts to a pullout queen bed, or cozy up with a good book in our plush mid-century modern velvet chairs. Stay connected with high-speed internet and use our 60" Smart HD TV to stay caught up on all your favorite shows.
Head upstairs to the Master bedroom featuring a queen bed and ensuite, newly updated master bathroom with walnut cabinets, quartz countertops, and an oversized glass shower. Both guest bedrooms are down the hall and feature a queen or two twin beds with an adjacent private full bathroom.
Make the most of the Austin weather in our custom landscaped fenced-in front patio area featuring a vintage glider swing and table with chairs. Don’t forget to fire up the stainless gas grill, perfect for entertaining. Additional private fenced yard accessible from back door and driveway.

Our home is all yours for the duration of your Austin stay. Parking for three vehicles is available in the driveway, with additional free street parking out front. Safely and easily enter through the front door via electronic keypad.
South Congress and South 1st streets only steps away...with Magnolia Cafe and Polvo’s at either end of the street. Cruise down South Congress Avenue on foot to snag some famous Torchy’s Tacos. Then take your photo in front of the iconic “i love you so much” wall art before catching some live music at the Continental Club. The absolute best of Austin is just a short walk from the front door!
