The air conditioning didn't work and they couldn't get anyone to fix it until we had left.

A wonderful retreat within a beautiful and stunning place

I liked that it was a little removed from the centre so we could retreat but then also had a lovely pool to lay by. I liked Hussein who was a lovely and friendly host. He also let us store our bags with him after checkout.

clean and spacious with a friendly host and incredibly views of lake Garda and the surrounding mountains

the property is high up on the hillside so it is a bit of a trek in the car and there is no reception to speak of so the instructions on n arrival could have been clearer

Location is on a very steep hill and is a hard walk up from the center (2km) There was ants everywhere and had to keep spraying the apartment

The view was fantastic

There was no internet connection in the room. The only chance to access Wifi was to lean out from the balcony and it was still very poor connection. The hotel is located high up on the mountain and you need a car. To walk from Malcesine to the hotel will take a while and you will be really sweaty. We didn´t notice that when we booked the accommodation.

Czasami zdarzało się zapowietrzenie kanalizacji i na balkonie można było wyczuć przykry zapach. Lokalizacja na piechotę do miasta to 32 minuty marszu. Uprzedzam że ta górka plus temperatura potrafi dać w kość. Po zaznajomieniu się że skrótami idzie dojść do miasta w 25 minut, co jest optymalne. To powyżej to delikatne niedogodności, które plusy spokojnie przewyższają. To co jest naprawdę wkurzające na miejscu to para starych Niemców, udziałowców w 1/54 przyczepiajacych się do wynajmujących apartamenty. A to dzieci za głośno, a to źle postawione klapki na basenie, a to wzięta do basenu deska pływacka. Powołują się na regulamin, którego sami nie przestrzegają jedząc na basenie kanapki, ani nie spłukując się przed wejściem do basenu. Jeśli macie z nimi kontakt odpalać od razu na szczaw, żeby nie psuli wam pobytu. Pomyliły im się okresy kiedy we Włoszech istniała republika Sali, a oni się czuli gospodarzami. Mamy 21 wiek i macie takie same prawa i obowiązki jak reszta mieszkańców.

Rundum erholsam und ruhig!!!!!

Die ruhige, idyllische Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse , für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr gut geeignet, da kein Durchgangsverkehr statt findet. Die sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee ist besonders hervorzuheben. Außerdem gibt es vor Ort eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Fußballkicker.

Die Kochtöpfe sind teilweise nicht für den vorhandenen Herd geeignet. Außerdem wäre eine Suppenkelle gut.

עזבנו את המקום יומיים לפני שהיינו צריכים לצאת בתאריך 7/04 במקום 9/04. בתאריך 7/04 בבוקר מצאנו 'ג'וקים בכל מקום בדירה, במטבח, בחדרים, על הקירות, רצפה, על המיטות, ממש זוועה. פנינו למשרד של מארחים, דיברה איתנו בסמה, ביקשנו להחליף דירה, אבל היא לא הסכימה. היא הציע לעשות ריסוס. אנחנו לא הסכמנו, כי יש לי אלרגיה לחומרים. המקום אירוח לא נתן מענה. נעלצנו לעזוב ולהזמין דירה חדשה. ממש התעכזבנו מחוסר עונים והשרות גרוע של המקום. היינו צריכים לשלם פעמיים על אותם הימים. אנחנו רוצים לקבל החזר כספי על ימים שלא היינו במקום האירוח.

Sehr schöne Lage, schlechte und lieblose Pflege der Unterkunft, fast schon unverschämt teuer

Die Lage ist wirklich schön mit dem Blick über den Gardasee

Wir haben einen wirklich hohen Preis für den Aufenthalt bezahlt. Als wir ankamen hatte es eine Aussentemperatur von 13 Grad. Die Heizung im Appartment hat aber nicht funktioniert. Wir haben einen ganzen Tag ziemlich gefroren. Desweiteren ging im Schlafzimmer - ausser der Nachttischlampe - das Licht nicht. Auch war das Klo sehr unsauber und ekelig. Ich erspare den Lesern die Fotos davon upzuloaden. Meine mehrmalige Beschwerde beim Anbieter wird bis heute nicht beantwortet.
