It’s an old building with a lot of character.

The building was characteristically very old. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The landlord was most accommodating and helpful.
The entrance and first appearance was untidy and 'under renovation.. This could be improved by removing, some disused and unnecessary items like old picnic benches and junk from the front of the building.

800 year old listed property undergoing renovation. Room was clean. Breakfast left outside the room was as described.
