With the sound of the surf ever present, the furnished screened front porch is the heart of the home. Beneath a vaulted ceiling, the classic floor plan provides central common areas with two TV sitting areas, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor are split evenly on each side.
The ground floor has one en suite bedroom with half bath and exterior access only. Additional features include sunroom, back deck, and outdoor enclosed shower with changing room.

AMENITIES: Cable TV-3, DVD-1 , wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, Keurig & drip coffee makers, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, sun room, back deck, screened porch w/rocking chairs & 4-top dining/game table, grill, private driveway, parking for small cars under house, hot/cold outdoor shower, beach access directly across the road.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.

While the home itself was wonderfully located, had ample space, and a very tidy lower level I was taken aback by the lack of TVs and the quality of the televisions that were there. Don't get me wrong. When visiting the beach one doesn't go for the TV. However, the 2 TVs that were there (1 in the living room and 1 in only 1 bedroom) were absolute dinosaurs. I wish I had gotten a picture of the bedroom TV. It took a bit to warm up and then had graphics akin to the Oregon Trail 80s game. Did I mention that there was a high pitched noise when it ran? The living room may have been a flat screen, but that doesn't equate updated. Want to watch Netflix, sign into your tv subscriptions, catching your favorite football game? Don't count on it.
The company was wonderful to work with and were very accommodating. We will just know to pack our own TVs next time.
