CREEK ACCESS: A small boat launch is located on the far end of Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 1 adult dog, 30 lbs or less. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.

Rental is in a great location between beach and marsh. Litchfield Realestate keeps the place super clean, they’re accommodating, and very helpful. This is a wonderful “Old Litchfield Beach” property that has had nice upgrades which made the stay very pleasant (counter tops, etc). As with all older houses, it has had its wear which we found charming. I was concerned about earlier comments about carpet and the recent hurricane but found everything to be satisfactory. We definitely recommend this property.

It was just after hurricane so bottom floor with washer/dryer a mess. House fine but carpet in bedrooms needs to be replaced. I was afraid my mature little dog would be blamed unjustifiable y
