This warm and inviting residence offers captivating panoramic ocean views and unforgettable sunrises. Thoughtfully designed, the home blends modern coastal architecture with the natural beauty of Pawleys Island. Large ocean-facing windows fill the home with natural sunlight, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine from one of two spacious ocean-facing porches, while the open floor plan provides an airy space where family and friends can gather comfortably. Nautical Nonsense invites you to bask in the warm sun, feel the powder-soft sand beneath your feet, and enjoy the gentle coastal waters of South Carolina. This luxury coastal retreat offers everything needed for a memorable family vacation.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with three king beds, two double beds, and two twin beds.***For added security, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance that records both audio and video of the porch area.*** Guests are kindly asked not to park on the lawn, as sprinklers are installed throughout the front yard.*** Please also refrain from spraying suntan lotion on the Trex decking, as it may stain the surface and result in a cleaning fee.***
During your stay, you’ll enjoy access to a wide range of resort amenities including four centrally located golf courses, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool with a lazy river and play plaza, a health and fitness center, wireless internet access, and Starbucks. As a partner of Lachicotte Vacation Rentals, guests also have access to a golf department that can assist with booking golf outings.

The house was great and the view from the top balcony was incredible. Host was very accessible. Wehad all the amenities we needed andthe garage was a great place to play cornhole and hang out if there was ever a weather issue.

Great house and location. Needs two trash bins for a house that sleeps 12. Would have loved higher end sheets .Boys loved the recliner sofas and chairs. I loved the large table so we could all eat at one table together. Appreciated filtered water & ice. Would rent it agIn

We were very pleased with the home - it had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week! The floors were not too clean upon arrival so we did have to mop the floors due to our infant granddaughter crawling around. We cooked meals several times and found the kitchen well-equipped. The deck/balcony are very nice. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the outside shower and huge garage were great! The stairs sure provided exercise for the week! (Recommend an elevator!) Would love to stay again!

Our weeklong stay here was great. The house is new and in excellent shape. All the lightswitches were labeled well which helped immensely because there are so many lights. We stayed in and cooked most of the time and the kitchen was well stocked with more equipment that we thought it would in terms of cooking equipment and storage. The house's location was a quick walk to the beach and easy to get around by car in the area.
The property name changed between booking and checking in so there was some slight confusion but checking in was easy.
The house was fairly clean but it could have been better on our arrival. Several of the dishes in the cabinet were not clean and some of the bathrooms could have been cleaner. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes well
