This cozy villa is nestled in the heart of the Gulf Gate community and is only a ten-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach! Walking distance to the new Gulf Gate Library and Gulf Gate shops, with too many restaurants to count, groceries (Publix & Sprouts), bakeries, banks, retail shops such as Total Wines, Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, and many more.
This villa sits on a quiet street with friendly neighbors, the community is a walk/bike/live atmosphere, and the beautiful new library is just a hop-skip-jump away!

Rachel, our host, was great! She answered all our questions before we arrived and was helpful while we were there. She let us know that the house had lost only one screen on the lanai from Hurricane Milton. This wasn't a big problem since it was too warm to sit outside anyway.
The house has everything needed to cook full meals. Supplies for laundry and dishwashing are plentiful, and the beds are comfortable. Everything is very clean.
If you can walk a little over a mile, it's within walking distance of the Publix grocery store and many restaurants of many types - Italian, German, an Irish pub, breakfast/lunch cafes, a bagel place, and an organic coffee house (Clever Cup). It's a few minutes' drive to Siesta Key, which is quite convenient.
We really enjoyed our stay!
