This lovely 2BR/2Bath first floor condo was recently remodeled with new kitchen, baths, furniture, beds and linens. This condo is in south Sarasota in the Gulf Gate community, near the Siesta Key bridge. It is well situated for the best Sarasota has to offer. Perfect for couples or families. The unit has 2 bedrooms, with king and queen beds, comfortably accommodating four. There is also a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Full new kitchen with cooking utensils and an inside laundry room with washer and dryer. This property has an inviting heated pool with veranda and is a few minutes from the world famous Siesta Key Beach. Nature, excellent golf courses, and parks are close by. Other famous beaches, including Crescent, Lido, Turtle, Longboat Key, and Venice Beaches are a short drive. The condo is in the sought after Gulf Gate Estates community, which has an abundance of shops and restaurants. Children are welcome. The Westgate malls, Beneva Village Shops, Southeast Plaza, and Palm Plaza Shopping Center all offer restaurants and stores nearby. The Red Bug Slough Reserve offers 70 acres of wooded hiking. Access to the legacy trail for biking/hiking is very easy from this location. Walking distance to the Gulf Gate Library and Gulf Gate Village shops and restaurants. This is our 5th yr coming back to this place and it never disappoints! Our hosts Steven and Susan are so gracious! Never intrusive but immediately available should the occasion arise. The condo is kept immaculate! Fully updated kitchen bathrooms etc. furnishings! All the linens, soaps , paper goods, cleaning products, appliances, dishes, glassware, pots and pans always new and kept up to date!Brand new washer/dryer to handle any capacity etc. Steve even replaced loveseat with a brand new one while down here! Very tastefully decorated by Sue of course! She actually showed up one night with a brand new beach umbrella for us. Sturdy beach chairs, coolers and a standup wagon to carry all this to beaches. Lots of beach towels and good quality towels and bedding. The living room has lots of comfy pillows on sofa and loveseat. Dining table with new chairs plus another table in breakfast nook with nice chairs. The master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closets are extremely spacious. This place is very comfortable for us and our families who have come down in the past.The 2nd bedroom and sleeper sofa make it easy for our children and grandchildren to enjoy a comfortable stay.The lanai is perfect for those early mornings and late evenings to relax in after long days at beaches.In 5 years we’ve seen the Gulf Gate estates area flourish.With so many restaurants, pizzerias and breakfast places to choose from. Siesta Key beach is less than 10 mins away! We Love this place!

We stayed with our family of 4 for 1 week and the communication, location, and the condo itself were all impeccable! We will definitely stay here again. If you forget anything I bet they have it at the condo. Thank you so much, Steve :)

The host Steve was incredibly quick to respond to anything we needed, and the property was as advertised! We really enjoyed our time here- especially the nice warm pool and the great beaches!
