Rarely rentable Gulf Gate home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Completely redone inside. Incredible kitchen with designer Viking all appliances, granite counters and wood cabinetry and bamboo hardwood floors throughout. Amazing Master Bathroom with walk through shower, designer sinks, and lots of room. Walk to Gulf Gate Mall restaurants and a short bike ride to Siesta Key will bring unforgettable vacation. Siesta Key is an 8 mile long, crescent-shaped barrier island easily accessible by one of 2 bridges connecting it to the Mainland of Sarasota. Siesta Key has 4 main areas, Siesta Beach, Crescent Beach, Turtle Beach and Siesta Key Village, each with their own, unique character and charm.
The Siesta Key Breeze open-air trolley service can take you from one beach entrance to another. The cost is FREE and runs Monday thru Sunday 10AM-10PM.

A beautiful, very comfortable, safe, quiet, and clean gem. The neighborhood is also super good and quiet and I enjoyed my walks there. Close to beaches. The house has everything needed for very comfortable stay. The host is super lovely and kind.

This is our second time staying at this property. We come down for a training trip at the aquatic center each year and this house is very conveniently located to both the aquatic center and Siesta Key. Great bathrooms and we really appreciate having onsite laundry. Host is great and good with communication.

Very comfortable house in a really nice neighbourhood, and really close to everything Sarasota has to offer. This place was great for my family! Would highly recommend!!!!
